What is ACTIVE and PASSIVE components???????
Active Components:
The device which injects power or energy to the circuit is called the active components. Active components possible to controlled by electrically and capable to amplify the input signal. Such as,
1. Transistor
2. TRIAC
3. Integrated
circuit
4. SMPS( Switched
Mode Power Supply)
5. Battery etc
Passive Components:
The device which consume power or stored energy is called passive
component. Passive component cannot controlled its operation by electrically
and cannot amplify the signal. Such as,
Resistor
Capacitor
Transducer
Strain Gauge etc
In
a nutshell, we can find out easily the device is active or passive. Which way?
It’s very simple, and that is finding the statistics of input and output status
of the device.
Conclusion:
Active
components- if the output power or energy is more than input
Passive
Components- If the output power or energy is less than input.

যে সকল ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স ডিভাইস সার্কিটে পাওয়ার বা এর্নাজি সরবরাহ করে থাকে
তাকে একটিভ কম্পোনেন্ট বলে।একটিভ কম্পোনেন্ট ইলেক্ট্রিক্যালি নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা যায় এবং
কারেন্ট এমপ্লিফিকেশন করতে পারে।

ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল কন্ট্রোল করা যায় না এবং ইনপুট সিগন্যাল এমপ্লিফাই করতে পারে না তাকে
প্যাসিব কম্পোনেন্ট বলে।

একটিভে কম্পোনেন্টঃ কোন ডিভাইস একটিভে কম্পোনেন্ট হবে যদি তার অউটপুট ইনপুটের তুলনাই বেশী হয়।
প্যাসিভ কম্পোনেন্টঃ কোন ডিভাইস প্যাসিভ কম্পোনেন্ট হবে যদি তার অউটপুট ইনপুটের তুলনাই কম হয়।
